2013 FAQ (will be updated with a few changes for this year)

Welcome to the most wonderful time of year, Ana’s Advent Calendar! Hurrah! It’s finally here! I’ve been waiting for this for eleven months! πŸ˜€

Are you new to Ana’s Advent Calendar? Take a look at last year’s posts here, if you’d like an idea of this event.

The rules are simple: register to play, and then read the posts and comment each day (by midnight EST) to earn prize entries. If you comment every day December 1-24, you’ll win a Perfect Attender award and a prize. I will try to have the posts up by 8 AM EST each day, but some days it may be later.

Due to impending deadlines, travel (including a trip this week to deliver Kindles to Lost-N-Found Youth for Something Good), and the untold hours of labor involved in Advent Calendar last year, I’ve had to make some adjustments.

  • Increased community participation. I won’t be able to respond to every comment every day. I want to be both fair and upfront about this. While I cherished getting to know everyone every day last year, it took up to six hour per day. I wasn’t coordinating a major philanthropic project or rushing to meet two deadlines, either. However, my loss is your gain. πŸ™‚ This year, in the spirit of community, I ask that you make an extra effort to reply to each other’s comments, welcome those who are new, and encourage shy friends to participate. I know I can count on you, my wonderful readers.
  • Community spirit. Last year, the array of prizes was stunning. It also took untold hours of work behind the scenes to obtain, manage, and distribute prizes. (To give you an idea, it took me–not to mention helper elves–approximately an additional half hour to an hour each day, plus around ten hours to coordinate winners at the end of the month. That’s in addition to the up to six hours per day responding to comments and not including time writing posts and coordinating guest posts.) While I will gladly take any and all prizes for Ana’s Advent Calendar, I have not actively solicited them. We do still have some amazing prizes (and I’ll ask you to list them in your comments), but I’d like the focus this year to explicitly be the same focus as last year’s unspoken one–fun, fellowship, and a bit of comfort amidst a season that can be fraught with emotional complication.
  • Slower pace. Last year (and the year before), I processed entries overnight (until 4 or 5 AM, in fact) to surprise everyone on Christmas morning. It made for an exhausted holiday. This year, I’ll post a Google form (similar to the registration forms to play and donate prizes) for you to verify your daily entries. I will announce the results as soon as I can, but I will also take some time to relax first. I hope you will, too.

Special note: If your heart is tender this year with fresh loss, you are welcome here. If you have lost a loved one, are estranged from family, have lost your job, are dealing with medical issues, or just plain struggle with the season, this is a safe place for you to be you. For one month, let’s pledge to be here each day and to be open to one another. Last year’s Advent Calendar changed my life, and I hope that this year’s will do the same.

At last! Let’s get to the introductory questions. Please comment by answering the following:

  1. Have you registered, read the code of conduct, and agreed to respect the rules and spirit of Ana’s Advent Calendar?
  2. If you are donating a prize, please tell us your contribution.
  3. Did you participate last year or the year before, or is this your first time?
If you participated before, what was one memory you enjoy?
If this is your first time, what are you looking forward to most?
  4. How did you hear about Advent Calendar this year?
  5. Do you plan to drop by now and then, or are you hoping to earn a Perfect Attender award?
  6. What brings you to the Advent Calendar this year? Why do you want to play?
  7. Who are you? Are you new to Governing Ana, or have you been here before? Tell us about yourself. If you have a blog, feel free to share the link.
  8. Say hello and respond to the person who has commented before you. (If you are the first commenter, you can respond to me.)

I’ll respond to the last commenter.

Happy first day of Ana’s Advent Calendar!

P.S. Silly me! I forgot to answer my own questions.

  1. I have not registered, but I did create the registration form. Go Google forms!
  2. I may donate a crocheted scarf, if I have time to finish it. I also believe I can donate a copy of Taliasman. πŸ™‚
  3. There are too many favorite memories to name, but one is crashing my blog last year with all the videos of favorite holiday songs. We will reprise that event this year! Oh, and the always hilariously chaotic White Elephant Gift exchange complete with no one following the rules.
  4. Hehe. On December 26 last year when I said, “I can’t wait for next year!”
  5. I will be gone a few days (traveling this week and later this month), but I’ve scheduled guest posts whose authors will be here to respond to comments. Does this mean I don’t get a Perfect Attender award? πŸ˜€
  6. This is my favorite event of the year!
  7. I’m Ana. I love wooden spoons, hairbrushes, crocheting, playing with babies and children, organizing events…oh, and I write a book or two. πŸ™‚ I have a sense of humor (or hope I do), and I like long walks on the beach…ahem. Wrong site. I like my soapboxes.

Hey Ana, Guess I am first… I have registered, read the code of conduct and definitely agree to the spirit of your wonderful event. Last year was my first year participating and I loved it. The thing I appreciated the most was the sense of community, laughter, and caring. Last year there was a post about knickers that made me giggle for days. I heard about the advent calendar on your blog. I will be stopping by every day (hopefully). I want to play because I don’t have anywhere in real life to express who I am, this community gives me a place to be me (if that makes sense). I love being a part of this community, it made the holidays much more bearable last year and even provided some laughter. I am not new to Governing Ana, I have been following for a year. I am married with a passel of kids (now all teenagers/adults). My hubby is quite a bit older than me and very vanilla. I love reading, it takes me places I will never be. Ana, I hope things are going well for you. I am praying that the kids who get the kindles will be blessed by them. Have a great day. Blessings, Renee

1.Have you registered, read the code of conduct, and agreed to respect the rules and spirit of Ana’s Advent Calendar? yes
2.If you are donating a prize, please tell us your contribution. I’m donating a copy of my e-book, “Silver Dreidels,” a collection of short stories set during the celebration of Chanukah, and “Tasteless Holidays,” my holiday novella (2 prizes)
3.Did you participate last year or the year before, or is this your first time? I donated prizes last year but had some problems and wasn’t able to participate
If you participated before, what was one memory you enjoy?
If this is your first time, what are you looking forward to most? Connecting with other readers and authors–I like your special note because I have experienced the loss of my dad this year, and I will be losing my parents’ home soon (have to sell it). I also have medical issues and I do struggle with this time of year. So I’m glad to connect to others.
4.How did you hear about Advent Calendar this year? Your blog
5.Do you plan to drop by now and then, or are you hoping to earn a Perfect Attender award? Ooo, Ooo, Mr. Kotter! (LOL) I’m hoping to earn a Perfect Attender award. I’m on a mission.
6.What brings you to the Advent Calendar this year? Why do you want to play? Camaraderie and fun.
7.Who are you? Are you new to Governing Ana, or have you been here before? Tell us about yourself. I’ve been here before. I love reading and write sweet contemporary romantic comedies under my real name and R-rated romantic comedies as my alter ego, Vi LaNance.
8.Say hello and respond to the person who has commented before you. (If you are the first commenter, you can respond to me.)
Hi, Renee–nice to meet you. I love to laugh (better than crying). Have a wonderful day and have fun with the calendar.

Hi Ana and friends! Yes, I registered and filled out the prize sheet. I promise I’ll behave….kinda sorta πŸ™‚ I’m donating three copies of Finding Submission. I did participate last year as a fan, this is my first year as an author. πŸ™‚ my favorite memory is Giving Tuesday. Ana’s Advent changed Christmas for me last year–I loved the community, compassion, caring and giving. This event renews the Christmas Spirit! I’m here as a fan and author this year, but, more importantly, I’m here for the community and giving! I’m hoping to be here daily.

Hi Cat! I remember you from last year. And I agree, the laughing, giggling, and recipes were another great reason to be here daily!!

yeah, there’re people- I saw Meredith mention Advent and then your promo post for the Calender came up, Ana. That’s how I got there today, but while I was doing other week people started talking πŸ˜€ So I’ll say hi to Megan Michaels- already “saw” her over on Facebook after I shared things of hers. I’m over to register once I finish this post and yup, I’ll be reading the rules πŸ˜€ I admit, with the stress in my life, I hadn’t specifically thought of giving anything, but I hope this year is as fun as last- I think I also took part in the calender the year before? I haven’t made good on getting to your blog as often as I wanted to after last calender 😦 I’m hoping to make perfect attendance again this, but my bigger goal is to be involved with the community and all the good times we have- I loved the white elephant game too πŸ˜€ So I’m over at http://joellecasteel.blogspot.com/ I had fun in my last Nano novel keeping male-identified bodies out of the sex scenes, but I sadly didn’t manage a “lesbian” novel I fear

Hi! I’m Amy, and here are my answers:

    1. Yep, read the rules. πŸ™‚
    2. I’m donating 2 e-copies of my just-published book, Lower Education
    3. I’m a n00b. Looking forward to meeting other readers & writers and hopefully finding some great new stuff to read.
    4. Saw Ana’s Facebook post and thought, “That looks like fun.”
    5. Well, not so much for the award, but I want to try to read all the posts.
    6. I’m having a bit of post-NaNoWriMo angst and I need a diversion. This looked like a pretty fun way to spend my month easing back into writing/editing–just something to give me a little lift. πŸ™‚
    7. I’m new to all this! I’ve only just had my first book published, and I’m a tad overwhelmed. I feel very much the same way I did when I got my first post-college “grown-up” job. The community of other writers has been pretty amazing, though, and I’ve already met so many great people. I blog and stuff at http://amleibowitz.com (I go by my initials and my birth name when I write; it’s fun because no one can spell OR pronounce it. LOL!).
    8. Hi, Joelle! I’m giggling at your last comment because I write m/m, so my sex scenes are entirely male-identified persons. Polar opposites. But opposites attract, right? So I think we can still be friends here. πŸ™‚

Well the fun thing, Amy, is that I normally write very pansexual, very polyamorous. I’m used to bodies of all sorts of genders and orientations being in my story. But this Nano, I sought to stay as close to all female-identified people as I could. I didn’t exactly make it as I have at least one character who identifies as genderqueer and feminine but biologically male. Hugs for the post-Nano angst- I right there with you.

Oh, wow! Your work sounds right up my alley. I love seeing gender variety in fiction as well as something other than monosexual. I sense the market for those works is growing. My novel that’s sitting with my capable betas has a mostly male-identified genderqueer character. I’m pretty new at this noveling thing, but I’m hoping to branch out.

I can’t wait until I’m feeling better to check out your blog, Amy. This chest cold has me messed up. Your novel sounds like great fun πŸ™‚ I’m interested in the notion of a main character who is genderqueer- I’ve only managed short stories with characters outside the gender binary so far

The best part of Advent Calendar is making time for fellowship. We’re always busy, but we still make this commitment once a year.

Sanguine is a science fiction semi-paranormal M/M erotic romance.

“Kaen Yblis is a man with a past – if only he could remember it. He lost his memories in a duel with another vampire, and for centuries he has been alone, not even aware of all that had been torn from him.

Until he meets Gregor Vladescu, a young human who stirs desires and emotions that Kaen didn’t know he had, and whose blood brings back fragments of memories.

As Kaen returns to his ancient home, a threat from his past arises and threatens to once again tear away everything that is precious to him. Will ancient blood and ancient soul bond be enough to save them all or will they be the very things that destroy them?”

Did you participate last year or the year before, or is this your first time?
    Last year

If you participated before, what was one memory you enjoy?
    The sheer inanity.

How did you hear about Advent Calendar this year?
    Through Ana.

I want to support everyone in feeling loved, comfortable, and welcome, because we don’t always get that in the rest of the world.
    7. Who am I? I’ve been asking that question for a long, darn time! I’m a writer who hasn’t been writing much in the spanko world this year. I’ve had a couple of articles published in an art magazine this year. I’m also a freelance editor, which has taken up a lot of my time. Since I get paid for it, this is a very good thing! I’m also a polymer clay artist who sold her first piece of jewelry in a gallery this year. It’s been an exciting, productive year. I have a blog set up, but it’s been inactive for a while. If I have time to get it going again, I’ll let you know.
8.Hi, Laurel! I do remember you from last year! I’m glad your health is better. Congratulations on being published this year! That’s so exciting! I also remember P. T., Cat, Ami, and several others from last year. Cat and Ami were particularly bad influences last year, but a lot of fun.
Again, Ana, thanks for this wonderful way to celebrate the holidays with people of like interests.

Jay, dahling, you have entered an alternate dimension here at Ana’s Advent Calendar. This is not “normal” cyberspace, oh, no. This place is spiced with things you can only imagine. It’s also guarded by impish elves, elvish imps (miss you, Michael and Season -get well soon!), mischievous turkeys and chickies, reindeer that (oops, you’ll see), knickerless Nics, and a wooden spoon-wielding Mrs. Claus – none of whom/which require precautions against uppityness, hoity-toityness, prissiness, or other nose-out-of-jointedness. As If! Pfft.

Ana, dear Jay so wants a wooden spoon; therefore, I move to nominate him for the honor of being 1ST IN LINE!

      Do I hear a second?!

Lol! My apologies! My sleep-deprived mind, after 2 days of not sleeping due to stomach flu, translated love of horror movies, video games and sports to equate with these same favorites things of my only son. My use of “him” was automatic because that exact combo of favorites called him immediately to my foggy mind.

My faux pas does NOT let Jay off the hook, though! She has been nominated for first in the special attention line, and Cat has seconded my motion!

No malintent intended at all! I snort-laughed when you cautioned us against “uppity” reactions to your flirting. I took the bait and swam with it in my head – devising and discarding several silly comebacks – as I continued to read.

I have no idea why my fuzzy brain switched my building mental image of a 40yo crafty gal, to a replica of my 16yo son when you listed your similar love of horror movies and video games. Sheesh! I truly do need sleep, and lots of it. Advent Calendar is more fun and offers up more “feel goods” than a nap, though!

Feel free to poke back at me in kind. It’s all in good fun and kind-hearted spirits around here. Well, there IS that naughty aspect, and those blasted wooden spoons (I have NEVER countered to stand in for anybody else!)

I heard about the Advent Calendar through your blog hops and Facebook
l am aiming for Perfect Attendance🌺🌻🌺
I was drawn to Ana’s Advent Calendar for a few reasons, mainly this is my favorite month of the year (my birthday and Christmas) and also my first without my mom and dad. My dad passed last December and my mom in June. This fun event may help keep my spirit up through meeting people and enjoying myself.
My name is Kyra. I am a medical student (taking a small break right now). I have three fur babies ( all cats) ; I lost my dog Orbit a few years ago.
I am the sister to two older brothers and the aunt of 3 handsome nephew’s and one gorgeous niece.
My favorite activity is reading. I would rather read than party. I am a little shy and reading helps to bring me out of my shell. I especially love romance books, all genres of romance from contemporary to bdsm ( my fave)🌻
I someday soon hope to find that special someone to share my life with but until then I will enjoy my life and be forever grateful that I am alive and well.

I heard about this during the Spank or Treat event in October. Everyone was so friendly!
I am going to shoot for a Perfect Attender. I just opened my David’s Tea 24 Days of Tea Advent Calendar so I can sip my tea and participate. (I may even be able to snag one of the kids’ chocolates from their advent calendars).
I wanted to try this because this is something very new and it looks like it’s going to be a heck of a lot of fun.
I am a wife, mom of 3 and full time pharmacist. I love to crochet, cook, run and read. I’ve been reading Stephen King since I started sneak-reading his books when I was 10 years old.
It is very nice to meet everyone. Hello to Michelle Willms. I agree that everyone is very kind and accepting here and have found that it’s easy to get comfortable. I really do enjoy a good sense of humor and everyone has it in spades from what I’ve read so far.

    Hi Ana and everyone else!

I have registered, read the code of conduct and agree to respect the rules and spirit of Ana’s Advent Calendar.
Not donating a prize now, but debating on it!
I participated last year. It was a big, eye-opening experience!
I check in on Ana quite a bit and I follow her blog.
I hope to be here everyday.
I loved this last year. It was so much fun and everyone was very welcoming! I also liked teasing MIchael.
My name is Marybeth. I am a wife and a mom to a 21 yr old, 18 yr old and a 15 yr old. I recently reentered the work force and I read ARC for Blushing Books. I have been a stay-at-home mom for 21 years, but I felt the need to help pay off college loans so I found a job that I am enjoying with people that are fun to work with. Reading the ARC books is all for me! My dream job is to be an editor, because nothing annoys me more than to read a book that has spelling and grammar errors. I turned 50 this year and had a huge party to celebrate! Hmmm….what else? I made the decision this year that I didn’t care what other people think and I have lived my life accordingly!

Hi KatyBeth. I hope you enjoy this time. It is lots of fun!

Hi Marybeth!! I just turned 40 last week and I made the same decision that you did. . . I stopped caring about what other people think and I am choosing to live my life as I want. It has been a long time coming!

Hmmm….good for you! I think having the kids get older and not needing me quite as much is what was the catalyst. I also found out that my daughter (21) is interested in the same kind of books as I am. I cannot even imagine having the types of conversations I have with my daughter with my mother when I was her age. She couldn’t even discuss menstruation! She gave me a pamphlet from Dear Abby. I made the decision a long time ago that I would be open and honest with my kids. That decision has now colored my relationships with my friends!

    1) Have you registered, read the code of conduct, and agreed to respect the rules and spirit of Ana’s Advent Calendar? Yes I think that I have done all those things! πŸ™‚

    2) If you are donating a prize, please tell us your contribution. Last year, Rob and I donated a spatula and spoon set because those implements seemed to be Rob’s “go to” ones when he wanted to spank yours truly for fun or other… πŸ˜‰ This year, we are donating a paddle from Blondie’s Place that is exactly like what we refer to around the Rob and Katie residence as the “Cheeseboard”. Blondie has so graciously okay’d this, and we are excited to have it sent off to some lucky winner. Though you might just want to use it for Brie or something. πŸ˜€

    3) Did you participate last year or the year before, or is this your first time? I participated last year. I helped with the graphics and I know WHO the naughty elves really are. Just sayin’!!!

    4) If you participated before, what was one memory you enjoy? I liked all of it. There was a great mix of fun, thoughtful topics, and holiday stuff. It was cool!

    5) If this is your first time, what are you looking forward to most? This is my second time.

    6) How did you hear about Advent Calendar this year? I played last year and looked forward to this year.

    7) Do you plan to drop by now and then, or are you hoping to earn a Perfect Attender award? I’d like to say that I will have perfect attendance. I did last year. Life is… interesting for Rob and me these days (ie. a lot going on) and my dad is sick so I have a feeling that I will come sliding in last minute, like tonight, many of the days. But I will enjoy.

    8) What brings you to the Advent Calendar this year? Why do you want to play? I love Christmas and it is a nice event to enjoy the spirit of Christmas in different ways.

    9) Who are you? I’m Katie. Married to Rob for over 26 years, and we’ve never been happier thanks to ttwd.

    10) Are you new to Governing Ana, or have you been here before? I read here at governingana, and am a friend.

    11) Tell us about yourself. If you have a blog, feel free to share the link. My blog is thiswholething.blogspot.com. Rob calls me Katie T for Trouble! I find mischief here and there, find myself staring at the floor, over Rob’s knee well… frequently. We have LOTS and LOTS of fun with it all. Well, occasionally not so much! LOL! We are a couple of spankos. What a self discovery! Mostly, we hold on tight to each other as we experience the ups and downs of life. We have four kids- teens to young adults, two dogs and a cat. And there is LOTS of love around our place.

    12) Say hello and respond to the person who has commented before you. Hi there Marybeth! Nice to see you back here! πŸ™‚ I can relate to a lot of what you said above. Rob and I were just talking about how I might go back to work to help our older daughter with her loans in the future. Also, I am in my mid 50’s and I think that your philosophy sounds great! I am, and always have tried to be very open and honest with our four kids- especially daughters about girl things. It is wonderful. It is also funny because they each have their personalities- one very open about everything and one sometimes a little horrified to discuss something! LOL! Moms are good at tailoring conversations so that they are just right for the recipient I think! Have fun!

      Hi Katie!
I find myself envious of your relationship with Rob. I love my husband dearly, but sometimes wish that a less vanilla relationship were possible. How do you keep your relationship private between the two of you? It seems like it would be impossible!
Good luck with the job hunt. I lucked out that a good friend was looking for more help in her office and hired me.

Hi Marybeth! πŸ™‚ Thank you. I hope that things come round to more of what you’d like too see happen with your husband. I am far from expert, but I can tell you that Rob and I started with fun in the bedroom (and think that we had been completely catholic vanilla kind of thing) very gradually. Think snails pace and it went from there at the same. Don’t give up hope. Take tiny steps and try to talk talk talk. Let expectations fall where they will if you can. Try to talk some more. I hope that helps. Please feel free to email me. πŸ™‚

Privacy has always been interesting. Our kids know it goes on for fun I believe. Well- from the eye rolling and comments they know. LOL! But they don’t know about the serious stuff. Though I have a feeling that our older daughter is onto us and our relationship. She read 50 Shades, and others and we talk about all that stuff. She recently came to stay at our place when Rob and I were away. When we came back she told me that I might think of making sure that all the “toys” were put away. We had locked them up we thought. But the crop with the heart on it was left under the bed it seems! LOL! Oops! Last night I got spanked and our daughter2 was downstairs playing the piano… UGH! We try to be careful. πŸ˜‰ Both our kids that live home work many eves now. That has left us with some privacy lately as well.

    3. I did participate last year and the year before! I think it was the year before last, there was a white elephant gift exchange which was really fun because it got confusing and messy. And last year, there was a group sing a long which also got a little confusing but it was very, very entertaining. There are so many more memories, picking one is difficult.
    5. I hope to drop by now and then πŸ™‚

I commented here earlier today, but must have closed the window before ensuring it “posted.” I know my intro is days late, but it’s only fair to add one if I am going to keep playing under this tree. πŸ˜‰

Have you registered, read the code of conduct, and agreed to respect the rules and spirit of Ana’s Advent Calendar?

    Yes’m.

If you are donating a prize, please tell us your contribution.

I would love to donate a prize! Is there anything in particular someone would like to win? (Within reason, of course, and in keeping with the other average prize donations.) I am open to suggestions. Speak up, or someone might win something difficult to pass on even as a white elephant gift! πŸ˜‰

Did you participate last year or the year before, or is this your first time?

I was here every day last year, and loved it. I can’t say my participation was life changing, as it was for Ana, but it definitely was soul soothing at a time I really needed it. I am very thankful I came here to visit on each advent calendar event day.

If you participated before, what was one memory you enjoy?

There are too many enjoyable memories to pick just one. Warmth and friendship, seasonal spirit of camaraderie, learning about each other, laughter and tears. I still laugh when I recall the silly stuff, tear up over the sadness and pain, smile over the sharing, giving, receiving and sense of true community. Many of my memories also include successfully dodging that dang wooden spoon.

If this is your first time, what are you looking forward to most? N/A.

How did you hear about Advent Calendar this year?

I heard about it from Ana, who said last year she was already planning ahead for this year, and always does what she says she will do.

Do you plan to drop by now and then, or are you hoping to earn a Perfect Attender award?

I derailed whatever plans I might have had to be a Perfect Attendee this year by being a day behind – December 1 sneaked up on me a day early.

What brings you to the Advent Calendar this year? Why do you want to play?

Ana, Mrs. Claus, Kathryn, Elves, the turkey, Minelle, Cat, Ami, chickie, abby, sassy, Joelle, pao, Holla, Paula, laurel, Laura, JC, Janey, Katie, Katy, MichelleB, michellew, pieclown, Marybeth, Nancy, contrary Leigh πŸ˜‰ , thelongbean, and many more I’m sure I’ve missed – plus the hope that Michael and Season will stop in to let us know how they are doing.

Why do you want to play?

It’s the inner child in me – not much else to say! πŸ˜‰ Seriously, this event feeds my soul, because of everything all of you bring to the table.

    Who are you?

I am Irishey, of course. @..@

Are you new to Governing Ana, or have you been here before?
I am not new to Governing Ana. I’ve worked hard for a few years, alongside her many other friends, in an attempt to properly govern her. πŸ˜‰

Tell us about yourself. If you have a blog, feel free to share the link.

Does anybody else atrophy at the “tell us about yourself” portion? I am me, complicated and simple. I do not have a readymade description of myself. I am both more and less than labels, life experiences, past/present/future interests. I like many, many things, and rarely have favorites of anything. I hold strong beliefs and my opinions are always open to readjustment. I like veggies, fruits, homemade breads, nuts, dark chocolate and seafood. Hmmm, that’s enough for now. πŸ™‚

I have a blog, but it’s rarely used for posts. It’s mainly an anchor for my blog roll, when it works.

Say hello and respond to the person who has commented before you. (If you are the first commenter, you can respond to me.)
I’ll respond to the last commenter.

Hi, pao! It’s good to see you here again for Ana’s Advent Calendar. I agree, last year was fun. I think we did somewhat better with the white elephant exchange last year, compared to the total confusion I read about happening the previous year that caused Ana to tear at her hair in exasperation… until she realized how fun and funny it was!

    Phew!

I am giving Ana amnesty from responding to me, if I am indeed the last person to post an intro. She is on a worthy mission! Hugs to all!
